The AgLAB-1000-D2^TM is a ruggedized mass spectrometer that is designed to be used on the factory floor by distillers to quickly and easily take real-time potency tests during each distillation batch cycle. Process samples are taken from each fraction and tested with the AgLAB-1000-D2^TM mass spectrometer. The AgLAB-1000-D2^TM is much quicker (35 sec. vs. 20 min.) easier to operate than an HPLC and is much easier to operate. The AgLAB-1000^TM can take up to 20 tests per hour providing state-of-the-art chemical manufacturing feedback necessary to attain the highest efficiency.
